5.0L'apartament està a prop d'un petit poble (Temú) que té restaurants i oficina de turisme. També es pot anar caminant als remuntadors de les pistes d'esquis. El lloc i l'entorn que envolta l'apartament és preciós.
− L'apartament està a la zona industrial del poble, justament damunt d'un magatzem de materials de construcció. No sembla que sigui el més adient per passar uns dies de vacances. Hem sentit com arribaven els treballadors. És un apartament molt humit i que necessita una reforma de totes les instalacions en general: mobiliari, utensilis, lavabos, portes...

4.0− Appartamento in zona industriale, sopra magazzino edile. Pulizia carente, edificio bisognoso di numerosi interventi manutentivi (intonaci scrostati, mattonelle rotte, lavandino rotto). Poco curato e con odore di muffa.
