9.0The apartment was very clean and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is well laid out. We enjoyed the ease of access and that it included a free parking space. We would overall rent this apartment again if in Boston.
− The location is a bit off the popular areas of tourist to see the traditional sites of Boston. We used an uber to get us around town.
We were unable to stay there because it was not cleaned.

− The place was not cleaned when we arrived, and after driving 6 hours from Maine I wanted to rest as I am 75 years old. The beds had dirty sheets on and were unmade, there were dirty towels on the floors of the bathrooms, the garbage cans were full, and the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The property manager offered 2 free days if we would wait until 1 to 2 hrs while he had it cleaned but wife and I and our travel companions wanted to rest as we are all in our mid seventies and did not want to fight the Boston traffic at 5 pm to find a place to hang out.

8.0The property was centrally located in a safe area. It had plenty of room. There were some issues however the host was not only prompt, but also very reasonable and dealing with some of the issues.
