Comfortable but disappointing

− Old furniture, dishwasher didn’t work . Iron was unusable as the plate was peeling. Standup fan didn’t work . One roll of toilet paper for 4 adults in each bathroom. This was unacceptable considering we paid $5,000 !!

− Aircon would have helped (especially with a small baby). Property is tired and needs some work. Loose tiles in areas.

Real estate agent that we dealt with was very helpful. They sent a maintenance man out to look at the oven and the bbq.
6.0Location, balcony overlooking the river, spacious.
− Oven didn’t work, this was discovered when we had 11 people coming over for dinner. The bbq didn’t work either. The ignition connection had eroded and snapped. Overhead fan in main bedroom didn’t work.
