5.0Die Wohnung liegt in eine gute Lage .
− Es wurden mehrere Mängel festgestellt. Das Bad war bei Ankunft stark verschmutzt und die Duschkabine wies Schimmel auf. Entgegen der Beschreibung fehlten Balkonmöbel . Der Kühlschrank kühlte nur unzureichend ( lauwarm ) Zudem fehlte ein Ganzkörperspiegel .
