− Could have been cleaner. Shower needs a good deep clean. Dog food on basement floor and dirty wash cloth was left in shower. Overall giving us a not clean feeling.

8.0Beautiful location in a quiet, comfortable community, and a nicely furnished house with a beautiful back yard.
− First, we understand this house is a work in progress. With that said, the house was left rather messy, with pieces of trash scattered around the back yard, including several beer cans and bottles, as well as two old hotdogs left on the grill, and lots of dirt and hair clumps on the floors that obviously hadn’t been vacuumed or swept for a while. I believe this is more the fault of the cleaners, not the owner, who immediately made things right. Included in what the owner fixed was a problem with the entertainment center (a projector was not working properly), and a door that wasn’t able to close properly. We greatly appreciated the fact that the owner was willing to quickly fix these things (and he was successful).
