10.0Sehr schöne Wohnung im Ober-/ Dachgeschoss mit Balkon bei der es an NIX fehlte. Strand und Einkaufspassagen mit verschiedenen Gaststätten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war inklusive. Jeden Morgen kommt ein Bäckerfahrzeug vors Haus > ideal. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

10.0Super Lage, direkt am Strandübergang. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, in der Küche alles vorhanden. Das Bad ist neu. Die defekte Toilettenspülung bei Anreise wurde nach einem kurzem Anruf zeitnah repariert. Waschmaschine im Haus 1 direkt nebenan. Die Seebrücke und auch Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Gut sind auch die Fliegengitter an der Balkontür und am Fenster im Schlafzimmer. Übrigens gibt es (Stand Juli 2025) eine super Cocktail"bar" direkt am Strandübergang.
− Die Parkplätze im Parkhaus sind für große Autos ggf. etwas eng. Vorsicht beim Kofferraum öffnen!
