9.0− É a terceira vez que fico nesse ap, porém dessa vez o wi-fi não funcionou, mesmo resentando o modem, e foi a primeira vez tb que tive que pagar pelo estacionamento, foi R$ 45,00.
Apto seguro, limpo e ótima localização.
9.0Apto limpo, organizado, seguro e funcionários atenciosos. No prédio tem salão de café da manhã, piscina e academia. Tem estacionamento com taxa a parte, com rampa muito inclinada, mas o manobrista pode ajudar. Ótima localização, perto de mercados, comércio, shopping e lojas, praias e fácil acesso.
− Embora a roupa de cama seja de ótima qualidade e limpa - o lençol da cama de casal não é de elástico e fica saindo do colchão por ser de tamanho menor. Aconselho trocar por de elástico. As panelas estão bem desgastadas também aconselho a troca.
