All in all: Location good, instructions good, clean, with facilities but not for 4 adults.
7.0Clean with all facilities in the kitchen. Although we did not self cater. Seating in lounge good for 5 to 6 people in comfort. Main bedroom good. Plenty of hot water. One row back from sea. Easy to walk into town. Seemed pleasantly quiet and friendly although we were out all day.
− IMO not suitable for 4 adults. 2nd bedroom too small which was not obvious in video. Could have used sofa bed in lounge but then this is disruptive first thing as there is no means to shut area off for privacy. Only one shower. No hooks for towel. Take a bat mat. Would have been nice to be able to dim lounge lights, they're bright! (Bit nick picky)

10.0Didnt use the facilities. Our son is autistic and loves the sea. The caravan is 30 seconds walk to the steps down to the sandy and shingle beach. The caravan itself is beautiful and very comfortable. By far the best we've been to. Whoever owns this property has taken a lot of care and made it homely. Also the views are perfect rain or shine.

8.0Location was good for us to attend Latitude Festival. Caravan layout was nice and reasonably equipped and close enough to supermarket which was useful as the site didn't have a shop facility.
− Double bed mattress was uncomfortable. Didn't like the inconvenience of having to take own bed linen and towels...for the price this should be included. Facilities on site were up to much and people working there couldn't even tell us if the served breakfast in the club house...which they don't.
