Very Very very Poor
1.0Nothing. They are cheats. I booked dubai theme at Sector 42, Gurgaon with breakfast for Rs. 6200/- and I got confirmation message also through booking.com. But they say that they don't have dubai theme room available as it is already booked. Then they offered Amsterdam theme which again they did not provide. Finally They gave me candy room at Sector 52, after negotiations with some discount. Bed was small, uncomfortable and jacuzzi was too small. Despite complementary breakfast, they tried to charge bill for everything i ordered in breakfast and the person at reception humiliated me by saying " breakfast mei shake kaun peeta hai". I gave him a befitting reply. Overall very bad experience. Not recommended even if it's free...
