10.0The property was clean and well presented in a great location. The heating was on when we arrived on a very cold New Years Eve and there was tea/coffee in the kitchen and toiletries in the bathroom.

7.0Good location. Shops/cafes nearby. On bus route 3 stop to underground station. Property well equipped. Tea, coffee some condiments and toiletries
− Front door is a safety hazard. Got locked in twice and had to jump out of window to get back in using key. Sofa bed not made up. Sofa stained and uncomfortable. Shower difficult to turn off fully. Cleanliness could have been better. . Cobwebs on front door entrance in toilet and bedroom.
Lovely apartment stay
9.0Apartment was lovely, the futon in the living room had a few marks on it but overall it was clean and very cosy. Only downside was the pillows as they were very thin but it wasn't the end of the world. Would stay again and recommend.

3.0The location and proximity to groceries
− The ambience was very poor, and the flooring in the passage was untidy. The entrance was very dusty and it was not worth the amount paid.

8.0We enjoyed ataying in the house and everything was in the house. Galina was so helpfull and everytime we could reach her easily to ask. Warm house, warm host and good location
