− Overall a nice hotel, clean and spacious with courteous staff. The dinner was fabulous. Unfortunately there were little things which were also missed - I never got hot water right through my stay, but then again I didn't complain because we were coming back really late in the evenings and so I just let it go, the guy who cleaning our rooms did a great job with the bed but forgot to change our cups and replace the tea bags, the voltage fluctuated through the night (it was raining pretty heavily) and the entire room would go dark before coming back on. But in spite of this it is a great hotel and well worth the price.

2.0the room, facilities and the ambience
− AC wasn't working in my room. they couldn't fix it. they try to provide an alternative room but that had the same issue, so didn't shift. My 8 month old son and my family had difficulties coz of AC not cooling. cockroach found on dining table in restaurant. pool dirty. I requested for breakfast in rooms since I was travelling early morning. Coordination between each department was poor. didn't get food items which they confirmed. not even a glass of water, tea or juice was served. A proper management can change all these as the facilities are good.
