10.0Comfortable location between Ruhpolding and Siegsdorf, short distance to both. Great possibilities for hiking and biking in summer time. Spacious top floor, through-building apartment. Well equipped kitchen: older washing machine and dishwasher, but both works well.

7.0De ligging. Het ligt heerlijk rustig op loopafstand van het station. Ook was het een ruime woning met een prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.
− Er stonden nog veel achtergelaten spullen in de keuken en in de koelkast. Ook waren er veel rommeltjes in het huis. Ook waren de bedden niet erg fijn. Het matras was doorgezakt en sommige dekens te dun.
