Fantastic stay in a lovely modern house

− No air con in second bedroom, but very minor detail
Our stay was spoiled by the lack of servicing and cleaning, and the attitude of the owner
6.0Location was good. Nice and quiet. Off street car parking was available, despite the owner advising none existed.
− Unit was not serviced or cleaned on our arrival at the specified time. We had to strip and make beds, wash towels, vacuum etc. No toilet paper was provided. Cleaners arrived after we checked in but we did not want the interruption. Not acceptable that it was not cleaned and serviced. No compensation was requested and none was offered. Owner stated that the non-cleaning was a 'minor mishap'. Hardly!! No AC in the second bedroom.
