10.0proximity to the beach & walking distance; property easy to access; nice & new! No issues. Needed a bit more knife supplies for kitchen; but assuming metals rust in humidity. Boogie board my son used; maybe add some beach chairs! Overall, very well done! Most blessed & relaxing part of my trip!
