8.0Kiva huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi.
− En pitänyt siitä että huoneisto oli siivoomatta kun saavuimme paikalle. Edellisen asukkaan jälkeen huone siivoamatta.

7.0− Yläkerran portaat vaarallisen jyrkät. Petivaatteet osissa sänkyjä likaset. Wc lavuaari ei vetänyt ennen kuin puhdistimme sen. Yläkerran sängynjalka oli irti. Olohuoneen verhotanko repsotti. Viemärin haju kylpyhuoneessa. Kahvinkeitin likainen.
