Excellent value and great host for a short stay in Willliams Az.
10.0This was one of the best equipped kitchen I have ever had in rentals. The host thought of everything, down to providing pancake mix for breakfast.
− The two bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom up to date. If you are traveling with 5 people just know that the bathroom is a Jack and Jill and the guest sleeping in the living room has to walk through a bedroom to get to the bathroom.

10.0Great location in Williams, cozy and clean with all the amenities you may need for a stay be it short or longer. Kevin was very proactive throughout our 2 day stay checking in if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Lovely garden as well. Will definitely come back if I’m ever this side of the world again! Can highly recommend!

10.0They had everything labeled and ready to use. Coffee, hot chocolate for the kids and games. The place was clean and very welcoming. The owner was very nice and gave us a great list of things in the area.

− Internet connection (over phone lines) was quite bad on both days we stayed. Despite resetting, the problem persisted.
It was convenient for the plans that we had.
