7.0Location was good. House was clean. Staff at gate house were awesome!
− It was not clear from description that one bedroom was separate downstairs. When we arrived the trash bin was overflowing and not picked up on Saturday. Also did not like all the separate unexpected charges: $35 for gate pass, insurance charge?, destination fee? $145 is a lot to pay for cleaning fee for a 2 night stay. Especially since we left it clean, stripped beds, ran dishwasher, etc. I think we were more disappointed with booking.com than with the house
