Not impressed!
1.0The location is perfect to get everywhere with great transport links.
− The place was very dusty, the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bath were blocked. The washing machine was full off mould. The spare duvet was dirty and was ripped, we ended up buying a new one. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on as you can feel the springs.
apartment was adequate, however host needs to be better at communicating
6.0good location, safe neighbourhood and fair price
− freezer was completely full of ice, power board provided by the host short circuited and caused the power in the apartment to turn off. Didn’t get a reply from the host until 12 hours after the problem occurred, at which point we had solved the problem ourselves, however the freezer had started leaking melted ice everywhere.

7.0Location available of daily needs . Kitchen accessories etc
− Communication was the biggest problem. No one picked up the call no one calls back. No reply on booking .com. Very late check in. Cleaner comes 1 hour after we checked in.
