10.0O apartamento é bem espaço, muito próximo a praia das Toninhas e a localização é ótima pra ir à outras praia tanto do Sul, tanto do lado norte de Ubatuba. Apartamento bem completo em relação à mobília. Já eletrodomésticos como sanduícheira, liquidificador, não tem. Mas o custo benefício foi ótimo!!!
