Wonderful place to stay in Longos

We absolutely loved our stay here. Our host was so sweet and helpful (she even gifted us with fresh oranges to juice on our arrival! She made my entire day when we arrived). I ended up falling in love with the house. it's not hotel fancy, sure, but it's incredibly homey. And for the price point, it's an absolute steal. I loved the balcony on the front porch and the back porch especially. And the location! 5-10 minutes away from the beach, depending on where you want to end up on the beach, as well as having two convenience stores, a church, and three restaurants all within 10 seconds of walking out the door. The neighborhood itself is also very nice in general, and everyone I met there was very friendly. If I'm ever back in Longos, I'm definitely staying here again!

− This isn't as much something I didn't like, but something I think I would have benefitted asking more questions about when my host was showing me around the house: the AC in the hallway is very specific, and it would be helpful to ask for extra instructions about how to run it if you plan on using it. Besides that, the laundry set up is also very different from the U.S., especially with how it drains and how it needs to have the wash cycle end manually, so I would recommend getting very clear instructions about all of that too. My last note is that this is a house on the 2nd floor, not a 2 floor house, which isn't a problem but did slightly confuse me when I was booking.
