Location of Little House was just perfect, a very short walk to Poole Quay and the high street shops. The directions to the property were good. The check in directions were perfect and the house is delightful, very clean with everything you need. Internet speed was excellent and the shower was a highlight. Any questions were answered very quickly. Private parking is a rare find and we fitted our Nissan Juke into the garage with no problem, but I'll be honest, I left it to my partner to get in and out.

− Unfortunately the inside was not exactly the same as the photos, not an issue in itself, but the black L shaped sofa has now been replaced by a small two seater which just didn't have the depth of seat necessary for my partner of 6ft 2 to be comfortable.

Location was very good

− It is impossible but to park anything but a small car in the garage. They agreed in a message back from them. They should be honest about this other review say the same thing. WiFi did not work. Reported it messaged back to say they would look at it. Shower would only produce scalding water impossible to have a shower. Reported it and guess what. Please dont use the shower was their response. We were not made aware of the 2 sets of flights of stairs. My wife. Has severe scolioarthiritis. Almost impossible for her. Again mentioned in previous reviews. The sofa is not as in the pictures a tiny old tired one was there barely enough room for 2 to sit on. Again mentioned in previous reviews. We asked for a resolution by WhatsApp and they promised they would resolve in the agreed time frame. They did not and when I chased them their response is we will look into it and get back to you. Showing customer service made all the worse by their demand for a £250 deposit. They should be ashamed of themselves. They have a number of properties. I sincerely hope they are better than this. If they wish to challenge this review. I have photographic evidence and copies of the WhatsApp

Absolutely everything was fabulous. The decorations, the furniture, the location and it was a lot bigger than we were expecting. The private garage was an absolute pleasure. Everything was wonderful and we'll definitely be back. Thank you so very much for having us. Highly recommended.

Proximity to old town and amenities.

− Would have liked to have had milk in fridge for tea, coffee etc. Especially for late arrivals. Would also like to have known of proximity to local pub beer garden, noisewise. Also large L shaped sofa from bookong photos was replaced by small 2 seater, we are retired and as twin beds weren't available we planned to sleep one of us on this large sofa. As it was we had to use the floor with cushions.

Location perfect, a few minutes from the quay in a quiet location. Super bathroom and walk-in shower.

− -There is a steep flight of stairs from the garage/front door up to the living room, and same again up to the bedroom - not great when you have mobility issues. We managed, but not comfortably. I had no idea there was two full flights of stairs or I would never have booked it. -The sofa in the living room is NOT as pictured – a big comfy-looking corner unit with a chaise lounge - it is a small 2-seater leather sofa less than half the size of the space - pic attached. -The TV was constantly dropping out with the message 'no service' appearing or so pixilated it was impossible to watch. We checked all the wires/arial and ensured they were all plugged in properly at the back but it was intermittent at best. Impossible to watch anything - pic attached (you can also see the uncomfortable metal folding dining chair in this one). -The dining room chairs are NOT as pictured, one was ok and similar to the pic but the other was a cheap hard metal folding chair and very uncomfortable (see pic of TV). -The duvet on the bed is the cheapest of cheap, nice sheets but spoiled by the cheap inner.
