Lovely base over the river for a group of adults or extended family stay.
9.0A wonderful location with balcony directly overlooking the water, and a great place for several adults to stay without feeling crowded - three double bedrooms and a single, enormous kitchen and dining table, and two huge sofas upstairs for lounging or perhaps for unexpected guests. Extensive and good quality facilities from kitchen and cooking equipment to sheepskin rugs and power showers make this feel homelike and easy to use for dinners and comfy evenings, while also being a very good base from which to explore the area. Parking next door, key in box directly outside the front door, and even an internal lift which we didn’t use but which might be very helpful for some as the property is over three floors. Well maintained and scrupulously clean.
− Quite expensive for a couple to use, particularly for a one-night stay. Much better value for larger parties and longer stays. Decoration is high quality seaside style but rather corporate - how much this bugs you depends on your preferences!
