1.0− Lors de la réservation, le numéro de l'appartement n'était pas indiqué. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert avec surprise que l'appartement se trouvait au 3ᵉ étage, sans que cela soit précisé au préalable. L'appartement était très décevant : mobilier insuffisant, manque évident de propreté, absence de climatisation, ce qui rend le séjour très inconfortable, surtout en été. De plus, le four est dans un état préoccupant et son utilisation peut être dangereuse. Enfin, l'accueil était assuré par une personne aimable, mais qui manque clairement de formation et de professionnalisme pour répondre aux attentes des voyageurs.
