− Los sanitarios y la cocina necesitan un reforma completa. Estado lamentable de la ban̈era.Las camas incomodas. Por mil euros pagados pueden sustituir la escoba y el recogedor porque daba asco. Falta de limpieza en general.

− Tiene unas escaleras pendientes y exteriores para subir a dos habitaciones, pero las otras habitaciones están en la planta baja

− Al ser una casa per 12 persones hi hauria d'haver-hi més sabó per rentar els plats, un mínim de sal, sucre, oli....
