Good apartment in need of a refresh, and secured front door.
5.0Great location and amenities in the building. Dedicated parking spot and access was easy.
− The apartment itself is a bit run down, more than what it should be for the price in my opinion. It would benefit from a deep clean in the kitchen and bathroom, towel refresh and paint along scuffs on walls, etc. The door should be better secured, it felt like it could be opened easily by intruders.

10.0Nice location close to shops and restaurants. We stayed overnight for a graduation at CalArts and wanted to be more comfortable than being in a hotel.
Perfect space for small fam or girls trip with great amenities and conviniently located near shopping centers and theme
10.0Loved the Secured parking. It’s Beautiful property with Amazing amenities. Excellent communication with Robert and Juli. The ukulele was such a cute touch. The bed was comfy, large closet and washer dryer made stay convinient. The PS5 was the initial attraction for choosing this rental. Loved the complimentary soaps in the bathroom.
− Would have liked xtra kitchen towels, salt and pepper, maybe cooking oil. Didn’t use any of the xtra gadgets in the kitchen. Maybe new pillows
