10.0It is very close to shops, pier and water
− The property does not have a washer/dryer. The door lock was a little tricky; it would not lock while we were in the house but we could get it to lock when we would leave. There was no outside water to rinse off shoes or beach chairs etc
Wonderful Shady Stay
9.0Fab location …lovely shady private spot with great parking ..comfy beds ..lots of wonderful towels and linens ..ac worked great ..we loved it !!! Adjoining property is not a problem at all
− Outdoor seating was charming but impractical to sit on …needs a deeper clean in places ..wifi needs a boost if people working remotely..access to a washer dryer would really help for longer stays

− Floor plan is terrible. No bathroom upstairs.Maintenance is lacking.. front door handle kept falling off. Needs to be replaced with a Schlage lock.
