10.0Sehr zentrale Lage, fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einige Zusatzausstattungen wie Strandstühle, Surfbrett. Sehr komfortabel war die Geschirrspülmaschine, die vorhandene Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Der Netflix Account ist kostenlos und auf Deutsch nutzbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Pool nur ein paar Schritte entfernt.

− The only thing we missed was having a hot tub, but that was minor. We’ve been coming to the Fort Myers area for 20+ years, 14 of those years at Christmas time, and this was our favorite location so far.
Not on the beach, but otherwise a terrific value.
9.0Clean, well-lighted place. Quiet. Great to have washer/dryer and full kitchen. Centrally located. Good value. So many outlets, I may rewire my house that way. SuperTarget a seven-minute walk. (Starbucks + Pharmacy + Groceries, etc.)
− Sink in master bath has poor water pressure. Could use a larger skillet and larger pot. These are quibbles.
