We had a fab time! The house is big and bold with amazing outdoor facilities
7.0Great location near a really cute high street. Very responsive host with great check in instructions. Easy to use lock box. House was very tidy and clean inside. Lots of space indoors and great outdoor area. Loved the very large hot tub. Good WiFi. Huge TV screen connected to all the apps. Reasonably well stocked kitchen.
− Beds could have been comfier - very soft, I probably wouldn’t have wanted to stay more than a few nights for this reason. Cheap feeling bed covers. We found it a little difficult to use the electric aga oven, but figured it out eventually - perhaps a page on how to use this in the booklet would be good!

8.0House was amazing and location, shame it's been a little bit neglected and lacked the luxurious touches. Eg welcome hamper. Had a lovely time with the family though

10.0The place was amazing, so big and so beautiful. Wanted to stay forever. The weather was a bonus as well. So so pleased we came.
− Nothing really just a swarm of bees took over the top floor stair balcony window so we keep the curtains closed but otherwise didn't spoil anything about our stay
It had all the amenities but lots of little niggles pool room too small to actually play pool. Frid
6.0Used lockbox before so knew what to do gates were open on arrival. No keys in other certain doors which would have been helpful for example walking all through the house to get to the downstairs shower meant the floor was all wet and one of kids slipped
− Our bedroom was above the pool room so when we took kids to bed for an early night all they could hear was pool and music even though when I went down I could here the music was on really quiet. The mattresses were really uncomfortable everyone wanted to get home to there own beds after 3nights. The main bedroom was amazing though
A very comfortable stay
9.0Gorgeous house, in a lovely location. Incredible hot tub, comfortable beds. Only thing that let it down slightly is for a house that sleeps 16 only 10 could sit together to eat as not enough seating. Other than that a fab stay and we would definitely book again!
