The only positive I can say is that the staff tried their best to attend to our needs.
6.0The size of the property was good. The staff attended to our complaints promptly and tried to attend to our needs as required.
− The apartment and the building itself was not clean, stove not working, toilet seat in bathroom broken along with cabinet off the hinge. Iron board broken, No cleaning products or toilettes supplied. Not enough crockery ie cups, plates etc for 3 people. Beds and pillows were not comfortable either. Definitely overpriced for what we got, we were very disappointed.

− No parking dedicated and we had to park on the street side, neighbors were arrogant. Checkin process was complicated as nothing was prepared in advance of our arrival and we had to chase them to get our way in the property
