We only spent time at night in the unit were out and about during the day.
8.0The view and location.
− The unit needed a good clean. The oven was very dirty and the floors were not clean.

− Bad smell, throughout apartment. Filthy dirty floors, windows, outdoor area.
We would not stay here again. Needs major maintenance and thorough cleaning.
3.0Location and view very good. Bathroom and Kitchen clean.
− Floors dirty and sticky. Table sticky. Chairs rickety.Several items of bedroom furniture with broken edging and handles/knobs missing. Queen bed in bedroom 2 looks like it was never made after last guests vacated. Sheets were crumpled and bedspread had a horrible stain on it. Pillows Dirty. Verandah fly wire doors kept jamming and locks broken. Ensuite toilet button broken and jamming the flushing action. Floor mop and bucket would have been handy.
Won't be back.

− Entry gate remote not working, floors dirty, broken furniture, bed covers stained, lift malfunctioning, outdoor table broken, BBQ dirty. No effort made by management to sort out the problems.
