We had a brilliant stay, the house is full of everything you would need plus more. We liked the homely touches of board games, cards and poker set which we made good use of. We also used the bbq and spent time in the garden most evenings. The house is situated in a great location with beautiful views from both front master bedrooms and a massive drive (we had 4 cars and was plenty more room left. Washing up stuff, dishwasher and pods which was well used, washing machine and detergent (although not used) all provided. So many cups plates, cutlery etc, big double oven, toaster, microwave, air fryer. You name it, this property has it. This accommodation is by far the best, well stocked property that I have stayed in when going away by far. We will definitely be back. Our trip consisted of 6 friends who due to adult life don't get much quality time together. We explored around Wales, the roads are great roads for spirited driving and magnificent views. We also visited a couple of the zip world sites for activities and local towns for ice cream etc

− There was nothing really that we didnt like. I contacted Andy regarding what to do with the ash from the bbq we had and his response was prompt. The only niggle maybe would be that the beds in the upstairs twin rooms weren't as comfortable as the rest but they were slept in by big guys so 🤷🏿. My double bed in the main master bedroom was unbelievably comfortable, I slept like a baby and also had a nice arm chair to admire the views of a morning.

The house was well located for some amazing walks and suited our party of 9. It was comfortable and had a variety of books and games for entertainment.

− One of the en suite toilets was out of order and the bathroom upstairs was lovely but with no shower everyone in the two twin rooms upstairs had to use the downstairs shower (the under floor heating in there was lovely though).

Booked this property for my husband's 65 Birthday. We all had a fantastic time, excellent spacious house accommodated us all Lovely location.beautiful area fantastic for walkers. Near to Barmouth and Fairbourne, We will definitely be going back. Highly recommended. Thank you very much, Andy, for everything.
