5.0The housekeepers were very friendly. They made us feel welcomed.
− You'll smoke on the edge of the property. In the designated area. BUT, there is no cover for shade. (We stayed in 104 degree temps.) Do not light your cigarette walking across the parking lot! Do not turn your A/C under 70 degrees, there is an additional fee. 1/2 hour prior to checkout I asked for a trash bag. The housekeeper told me. "Hun it's okay that room is on my list to clean this evening". I told her there had been food eaten in the room. (Week 2 we received one trash bag, because I asked for it. Can you imagine? This was another week later.) I tipped the housekeeper just before we left because I had told her it needed to have trash taken out. Within 1 hour of check out, I received a message that the fee would be $50. Whoever sent the text (Jay) also said slanderous things that are unfounded. I turned around drove back to the property and paid an additional $50 cash. I received a hand written receipt. Be prepared with your own cleaning supplies and your own toilet paper. To request any toilet paper or a towel is an additional fee, I think she said $24. Your service dog or your pet, even though they advertise PET Friendly... will cost additional $15 per day. I have my cash receipt for that too. The low rent days are very low cost. My son stayed 2 weeks. But, the weekend and holiday that was the next day (Labor day) the daily rent was going to compound. From "$20" a day to well over "$100". So, he moved out... and won't be going back. Life is hard enough... You will get "what you pay for" there.
