7.0Die Lage und der Ausblick von der Dach-Terrasse
− Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Auch war die vereinbarte Karte für die Tiefgarage war nicht vorhanden. Das Gebäude bietet keinen Aufzug.

5.0Es ist wie beschrieben, allerdings waren wir an sehr heißen Tagen dort, und die Wohnung ist darauf nicht ausreichend vorbereitet. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und keine Außenjalousie an der Balkontür auf der Südseite
− Die Temperaturen lagen bei etwa 40 Grad. Und außerdem war die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer leider insgesamt etwas verspätet.

10.0Sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage, die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß bequem erreichbar.
Die zentrale Lage zum Zentrum und allen anderen Bereichen war einsame Spitze, haben das Auto stehen gelassen und sind un

4.0-Helligkeit der Wohnung -Dachterrasse -Nähe zur Innenstadt
− -sehr staubig (unterm Bett, Ablage von den Gläsern und Tassen, die Wohnzimmercouch mit Kissen und Decke :extrem unzumutbar,da ich Allergische gegen Hausstaubmilben bin und Asthma habe -der Fernseher hat ein eingeschränktes Programm, was man nur mit viel Aufwand herausfinden konnte ( nur öffentlich - rechtlich Sender sind zu sehen) -eine Filterkaffeemaschine wäre wünschenswert ( Metallkapseln sind viel zu teuer und schlecht für die Umwelt) -Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher muss dringend entkalkt werden
