− Many issues were raised and have since been put in writing with no reply. The fire alarm bleeped throughout the night (this was resolved the next day). There was a leak from the ensuite sink. The downstairs toilet either had a leak or had not been cleaned as there was brown water on the floor. The lock on the upstairs bathroom was broken. The plugs in the bathroom sinks did not hold water. There were only 2 cups, no bowls and generally insufficient crockery/cooking utensils. We have emailed twice since being back and despite being promised a reply have had no further response.
