Pleasant stay for our getaway from the summer heatwave.
10.0The location is located right next to a free way but it's extremely quiet and has a great view to the mountains surrounding the area. We book a 2 bedrooms suite with AC unit installed in one room, however, if you let the doors open, the AC unit can cool both rooms really quick, making our accommodation during the heated summer in Europe even more pleasant. Breakfast is served in the morning with various choice for you to choose. We had a great experience here and will definitely book it again for our next visit.
− The room was still using classic keys rather than modern magnetic card and you have to manually lock the door when you inside as it can be opened on both outside and inside.
Toller Aufenthalt für entspannte Tage
8.0Lage und Blick aus dem Balkon war super, Zimmer schön und groß genug, auch das Badezimmer war groß genug. Super waren die Klimaanlage und auch der kleine Kühlschrank. Es gab viele Steckdosen und auch viele Aufhängemöglichkeiten, was wirklich toll war, da wir mit dem Motorrad unterwegs waren. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es gab wirklich viel Auswahl. Auch der Self Check in und die Reisemappen App war für uns kein Problem. 5Minuten Gehweg gibt es einen kleinen Nah & Frisch zum Einkaufen.
− Prinzipiell ist das mit dem Self Check in kein Problem- nur für ältere Menschen, die nicht viel am Handy tun oder das Handy nicht benützen wollen, ist es nicht so einfach. Was ich nicht gut fand ist, dass niemand vom Personal deutsch verstanden oder gesprochen hat. Man hat das Personal eh nur mit Glück beim Frühstück gesehen und wenn man da was brauchte verstanden sie nur Englisch. Das finde ich in einem österreichischen Hotel nicht kundenfreundlich.

− Das Bett ist sehr hart und die Badezimmertür kann nicht offen bleiben da es einen ganz schrecklichen Gestank im Zimmer verbreitet - ich denke von Kanal oder alten Rohren oder so
