8.0Everything was good expect for the flickering lights every now and again in the living room, however nothing major but could annoy certain people

3.0The beds were ok and the kitchen too
− The property looked abandoned from the surrounding. Dirty and that immediately gave me a negative energy. The staff was unprofessional, they didn’t communicate clear instructions prior to me getting to the property with my family. We were abandoned in cold for at least 1 hour. They refused to pick calls and opted to chat which didn’t respond in time.
