− Os móveis estão um pouco desgastados mas nada interferiu no meu conforto. O estacionamento é pago a parte mas eu ficaria mais feliz se fosse incluso na estadia.

10.0Vista boa, ar condicionado funciona perfeitamente, estava bem quente então fez diferença, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas e cheirosas.
− Checkout 11h é muito cedo, deveriam rever essa questão, para não perder cliente, talvez numa próxima ida à Santos eu fique em um local mais flexível, porém, a estadia foi muito boa.

10.0Gostamos de tudo, atendimento, café da manhã, a educação e proatividade dos funcionários da recepção. O apartamento é maravilhoso, completo e confortável. Só tiveram alguns pontos que gostaria de mencionar para uma melhoria. O sofá-cama estava rasgado, eu tirei fotos. O rodo estava quebrado, tenho foto também. E a parte das torneiras da pia, estavam com lodo. São detalhes que acredito que possam ser melhor observados.
− Não teve nada que não tenhamos gostado. Gostamos de tudo.
