The staff was nice to us and apologized for the construction.

− Too much construction during our stay the stairs, parking lot was littered with whatever it was they were working with. The bed was too high for us to get up on and it was not comfortable.

Get someone who shows their appreciation of you being there. When you check out.

The people were extremely nice. They I had went out that evening and they made sure that when I got home that I was okay and everything and that was very very nice of them. The they were excellent people that first day I got there now the second day the lady that was at the desk when I got ready to leave she was kind of just I don't know I said hey how you doing it she's like hey and she was doing something and I thought well okay she never offered to get me any breakfast or anything else I asked her about the coffee she said there it was and you know I got me a cup of coffee and I said I'm going to get me a honey bun she's whatever like that just you know and they had told me the day before oh we have waffles and all kind of stuff for breakfast and everything else for the continental breakfast blah blah blah and I was expecting all this stuff and then when I got there the girl wouldn't even get up didn't offer to get up or nothing else to make a waffle or tell me anything about the continental breakfast she didn't seem to care if I had anything or not she just really wanted me out of there cuz when I was talking to her s*** to annoyed. But it was not the same lady that check me in heard her daughter they were fantastic but the other lady other girl she didn't need to be there she wasn't a people person.

− The main thing I didn't like was the lady that checked me out she was just kind of rude basically she just act like that I was a bother to her. I was trying to ask her stuff and she just yes no and just like I was annoying her. She never once offered to get up and help me with the continental breakfast never offered the waffles or coffee or juice or never even really told me anything about it all I knew was what the lady had told me the day before when she was going on about how good it was and that they fixed this waffles and this and that and everything and this girl was just act like I was a big bother to her she wouldn't even speak to me until I spoke to her and I tried to talk to her and she yeah like I was a bother. So you know she just wasn't the person that I was expecting. And I did not enjoy her being there at all she was kind of rude and everything. And the room as far as I was concerned the room was not worth a hundred plus dollars special 120. It it oh no haha end it was about a 75 to $80 room tops and if I had to know what I was getting into there's no way I would have paid a hundred something dollars for that room I would have paid maybe $75 maybe even 80 but that would have been tops.
