2.0I was not able to enter the property. My check in time was for 3:00 pm they sent me an email at 1:35 pm saying that they couldn’t allow me in the house due to issues. I tried reaching out to someone and not one person answered the phone for me. I’m trying to get my money back and has been getting the runaround. I will never recommend this place to anybody. NO TYPE OF Communication!!!!!

6.0The host was excellent at communicating! The furniture was not comfortable to sit on, the floor appeared clean, but the kids got filthy very quickly after crawling and scooting on it for just a few minutes. it definitely needed mopped. There were light bulbs in the ceiling lights in the bedrooms, but they would not turn on, only the ceiling fan came on. I suppose one could stand on the bed to turn the light on if they were tall enough, although they would need to be taller than my 6'6" husband. There were only 2 sauce pans and a very shallow stock pot for cooking so nothing to bake biscuits in. There were plenty of beds, plates, glasses and flatware available as well as body wash, toilet paper, paper towels and Qtips.
