Very good location and feel like home
9.0Spacious, cozy & got everything we needed
− Nothing
the location was amazing and the apartment is big and spacious but there are negatives alongside.
5.0the location was great and all the information provided about the city and how to work the appliances in the apartment was very helpful and the staff were very kind to provide us with this information
− the cleaning was below minimum - when we arrived the apartment hadn’t even been clean from the last guests yet and the owner said the cleaners would be here asap. it took them almost 2 hours to arrive and when they did they were extremely unhelpful and rude. we left the apartment while they cleaned and when we got back they did the bare minimum, on the surface it looked clean but looking further such as the cutlery, inside of cupboards and in appliances such as the oven, extractor fan, hob and microwave were really dirty. the bed was extremely uncomfortable and left me and my partner with extreme back pain after our stay.
Newcastle getaway
7.0I stayed in apartment 104 Great area, secure underground parking which is a real bonus, light and bright apartment, lifts easy to use, Concierge at front desk if you had any issues, but I didn't actually see him. Apartment was stylish and well equipped, the kitchen was well equipped, and the knives were sharp, which is always a bonus.
− The ceilings up on the mezzanine level were very low. If you are over 6'2, you will struggle. I'm 5'7, and I had to duck to get my head under the shower, which is over the bath. The ceiling is about 5'9 in the shower. The bed is a zip lock and has a soft and fluffy integrated topper and it is very soft, very luxurious and deep but very very soft, I struggled to turn over or move once in it and my back was in bits by night 4 as I'm used to a hard mattress.
Horrible!
1.0Nothing much
− The operator scared us into double paying for our stay by sending a demand for payment, even though the payment was processed by Booking.com!!!! Despite calling the operator 4 times during our stay, they played stupid and kept ignoring our demand to refund the money we paid to them. This is horrible, we do not recommend booking this unit at all, very unprofessional from both this unit operator and Booking.com who, as usual, do not respond to complaints or messages. Outright theft is what this is. Life lesson learned.
Comfortable and convenient but probably not worth that amount of money for the ordinary traveller.
8.0The location was 5 minutes from the Station and Metro. The bed was very comfortable . The kitchen had everything we needed. The agent , Janine, took the time to answer all of our queries promptly and was extremely helpful.
− We would have appreciated written instructions about how to adjust the heating and, also, how to navigate the options for the TV. We were unpleasantly surprised to have had an unexpected add - on of 120 pounds sterling ( for a cleaning fee which we had to pay in advance.close to $200. We warned that additional fees could be levelled by the accommodation but we were not prepared for that amount.
Am glade to stay with your property
