10.0Shekita checked me in & handled a misprint on my fee very professionally, making a call to go thru the proper channels to correct it. She was so welcoming & very pleasant. It was an unexpected nice touch to see Welcome Patricia on my TV screen!! The room smelled fresh & everything was spotless.
− Nothing really. Breakfast didn't have hard boiled eggs which is my healthy choice, but they ran out & I understand that happens.

− We had our 1 year old foster child with us he was there to have surgery so of course he was doing what one year olds do a walking/ playing. We got told we needed to quit him down by 10:00pm because it’s quite time. I explained when booking that we have a very active one year old. I was told it would be okay. After calling and telling us to quiet him down the person under us proceeded to bang on the floor. It was ridiculous.
