We are very disappointed.
4.0Not a lot really. The living room was cosy but that’s all.
− Located next to the bins area, rubbish were spread out by the birds every morning and it wasn’t cleaned up by the staff, the odour and the view was disgusting. The pipe was disconnected meaning all stuff from the toilet ended up under our caravan. It has been reported via phone call but no action was taken. It wasn’t a pleasant view as well as it was very embarrassing when a few neighbours knocked to the door and told us about that. The oven didn’t work meaning I couldn’t prepare food for my child. The heating wasn’t working so I couldn’t warm up my child room during one night when it was colder because of the strong wind. The caravan itself was located close to the main facilities meaning we couldn’t sleep because of the laud music which was on up to midnight.
