Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in einem tollen Apartment

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in Tenby. Das Apartment hat eine hervorragende Lage – die Altstadt, der Hafen und die Strände sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Tenby selbst ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit einer tollen Atmosphäre und vielen Restaurants, Cafés und kleinen Geschäften. Das Apartment war sauber, komfortabel und für unseren Aufenthalt bestens geeignet. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einziger kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein paar Küchenbasics wie Salz und Pfeffer wären schön gewesen. Das hätte die Selbstversorgung etwas einfacher gemacht. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The location is brilliant, nice and clean and well equipped

− One small ask, somewhere to hang the wet towels in the patio garden please.

Great location, perfect size for a couple, fabulous garage.

− This is the third visit the 'The Cottage', love this little house and garage, brilliant location for the town, we love it. However a little disappointed this year, large black cobweb in the second bedroom from the wall to the mirror and various cobwebs around the house, not thoroughly cleaned as before, stains on the white sheets in the main bedroom used (not seen before), there was a very bad drain smell coming from the main bathroom and ensuite which could possibly be down to the u bend on the showers not working correctly as this got better when we ran the showers but not ideal when first walking into the property and finally the bin in the main bathroom had not been emptied and still old sanitary items within which wasn't a nice to find, I don't normally like to pick faults, especially with this property as we love it, but could do with a better clean as a whole please for our next visit.

Ideal area with parking.

− Had to contact agent regarding 2 rings of the 4 ring hob not working. Made 2 phone calls and 1 email to be told repair would be 3 days after we had left. As we were staying 10 days we were greatly inconvenienced for preparing meals. Even though we suggested some form of compensation this was not forthcoming. £180 per day without the full facilities mentioned when booking and recompense is very poor.

We loved this property and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it

The property was very modern, had everything needed for our short stay and was very comfortable. The location was perfect, 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach and 10 mins walk to the lively town of Tenby. Garage parking is adjacent to the property.

Location was spot on and all fairly clean and comfy bed

− Place overall was clean, but found a few things missed, nothing major tho. Found a soft toy under the sofa, she was left on the chair, cup rings on the glass 'table' by the seating area in kitchen side. The soap dish in the main bedroom just about had soap in it and there was a dry spodge of soap on sink. Oh and being in my 50s, great TV, but instructions to hand would of been helpful.... we dont all have a smart TV. Last bit, the small vacuum doesn't work on the carpet, but we tried as best we could. Silly little things, but woud stay again.
