− No pudimos hacer el check in hasta las 21:00 . Colchones y toallas llenos de chinches y acabó nuestra ropa llena también. No dormimos en toda la noche. A las 1:30 de la madrugada informamos y nos dijeron que por la mañana hablaríamos. Tras varias llamadas y mensajes por fin nos responden a las 11:00. No nos daban solución, ni tenían más habitaciones, así que dejáramos las llaves en la mesa y no nos hacían el cobro. Así que tuvimos que buscar urgentemente otro alojamiento..

− Bedbugs
Bedbugs ridden flat ruined our trip
1.0− Woke up to find bedbugs all over the bed. The flat was riddled with these creatures. We had to leave the flat at 1.30am and find another hotel for a family of 3 with a child. The bedbugs have now been witnessed in our clothing and luggage, we will have to attempt to avoid entering our own home with these. We will have to hot wash all clothing and risk shrinking many items in order to attempt to exterminate these bugs. I have been bitten all over my body, I have around 75 bites on one arm alone, this is extremely uncomfortable. I would not suggest staying in this property.
BED BUGS!!! AVOID.
2.0The location was ideal being near a tube station and the Tottenham Stadium.
− BED BUGS GALORE. They were crawling all over my son we ended up leaving at 00:30 to have a 3 hour drive home as there was no way we were sleeping there! The flat overall looks clean and tidy but the beds were riddled. Broken toilet seat, extremely warm and stuffy in the rooms. One of the beds were rock hard it wouldn’t have been comfier to sleep on the floor. It’s extremely loud even with the windows shut. We were only booked in of the one night after going to watch a concert but I’m so glad we didn’t spend a lot of time in here. We all left itching and my son is covered in bed bug bites! The owner was fast and efficient replying to my message when I told them we left during the early hours. Parking wasn’t an issue, plenty of on street parking just pay via phone or it is free if you have a blue badge. Also free parking after 6pm and all day on a Sunday.
