10.0Special welcoming touches abound! Fresh flowers, candy bowl, coffee station, bottles of water in the fridge and a box of bakery muffins! The house theme was the University of Iowa. Which was perfect for us. Comfortable and very clean. The house is logically thought out. Every need was anticipated. The hosts were very communicative and responded in minutes to questions.
