We do Not recommend to stay in 402B

Good location and 2 big rooms

− We have stayed at Paradiso several times, mostly in Building A. This time we had apartment 402B. As football fans, we were looking forward to watching matches on TV. However, for 2 of the 4 days of our stay, we had no television service, despite being promised that the issue would be resolved quickly. Although we were charged a cleaning fee per night, the apartment was not cleaned even once during our stay, nor was the trash removed. The windows appeared not to have been cleaned since at least the previous season, and the same was true of the terrace. It featured a beautiful sofa, but it was covered with hair, sand, and old stains. The duvets were either too small or too large for the covers, which we had to put on ourselves. In the kitchen, there was only one accessible power outlet for all kitchen appliances, as well as for laptops and any other devices requiring electricity. The reception staff seemed to be there only to hand out keys, rather than to show any concern for guests' problems or help resolve them. The bathroom urgently needs renovation. Water from the shower and toilet leaks onto the bathroom floor, which remains wet all the time. I would not recommend this apartment. The view is mainly of a construction site for a new building, with only a tiny partial view of the sea.
