Exceptional stay especially for long term visits!
10.0The staff not only took care of all our needs but even anticipated potential needs without being asked. They went above and beyond the call of duty. The property is modern, comfortable, and elegant without being ostentatious. Thanks tor making our first visit to Shenzhen such a memoranle one!
Helpful staff and new hotel.
9.0It’s new hotel. The staffs are the very helpful and understandable . I had to only stay for 1 night and check out much earlier than I booked. Due to I’d like to stay nearby shopping malls. They offered me the check out without penalty. Big thumbs up.
Very comfortable and spacious!
