1.0− There was half-eaten pizza left outside the property on the decking area handrail. On arrival, the outside looked worn, and it clearly hadn't been paid any attention

8.0Lovely location and lodge very peaceful, beautiful fruit trees. Lodge decorated for autumn which was lovely. Comfortable clean lodge had everything you could need. House keeper and host very helpful. Kind owner also let my daughter have a fur squirrel she had taken to.
− Heating was a bit of an issue but was resolved promptly by owner. Shame log fire was unusable as birds are nesting but this can't be helped.

9.0Nice and cosy spacious lodge, lovely terrace and garden. Kitchen fully equipped but you can also try a great Thai restaurant just outside the holiday park. Great location for visiting York 2 very nice bathrooms.

− Only negative was lack of mirrors. 4 of us were getting ready for a family graduation and had to share one mirror. A couple more would be handy
