− All! I booked for 16 -19 Feb, but on 16 Feb morning, I already prepared to go there, he emailed me that he can't accept my book, but it's still not canceled in booking.com. I directly email and ask him, butno answer, I email again no answer. What can I do? I'll be there in few hours, I need place to stay. Then of course I booked another hotel. Then this owner whatsapp me like nothing happened😒 I already try to explain our condition, we are student etc. He said he will help, so I just wait. Then on 24 Feb, he emailed me and blame me, he said it's my fault that I didn't came to stay, and I should planned better for the future. What ridicolous🤣 I keep all the chat and email, I'll report to booking.com, I have all proof I need. Just wait and see.
