8.0Very pretty, close to beach, restaurants and bars.
− Outside furniture was dirty. Location made it difficult to get any breeze to outside areas.
The place was hard to find at first because you don’t use the your sign up front in your advertising

− The fact that the beach area across from us was closed off Missed having a tv in living room

9.0The location was great. The unit was well equipped, beds comfortable and loved the outside porch courtyard etc. it has the old Florida vibe we were looking for! Great girl trip!!

8.0location was great, unit was clean and suited our short 2 night stay perfectly.
− the only issue we had with the unit that between 4 middle age men we couldn't get the downstairs television to work. if there could be some instructions left that would be helpful for other users.

10.0Wow! I wish we could have stayed longer. Super comfortable, everything was clean and orderly. The amenities were excellent! Gas firepit, Propane grill, Wifi, and a TV with service in almost every room. Steps away from a dock to catch the sunrise and just across the street from Cortez Beach to catch the sunset. Definitely recommend it to friends and want to come back!
